6.1 RUNNING MINDMANAGER VIEWER

Extract the help facilities from within the software and Mindjet's web site.
If the program displays "Out of Memory" errors, or, your TMTM becomes distorted, then it does not have enough free main memory in order to function correctly. Shut down other applications in order to make more memory available.
You could try making more disk space available. See the Windows User's Guide or Help files for more information.

One hand can be used to operate both the arrow keys and the mouse. Some prefer to use one hand for the mouse and the other hand for the arrow keys. Do what your comfortable with.
Extract the help facilities from within the software and Mindjet's web site. For example the [CTRL + F] key gives you the opportunity to find a key word or part word within your current TMTM and option across all TMTMs in specified location.
Fit the TMTM to screen then navigate using arrow keys and mouse. The [CTRL + F5] key is a quick key for menu : view\fit map.
6.3 POWERPOINT SLIDES

Extract the help facilities from within the software and Microsoft's web sites.
Put the TMTM on full screen then navigate using arrow keys. The [F5] key is a quick key for
menu : slide Show\view show.
6.4 HTML PAGES

Utilise the scrollbars / slidebars in addition to the arrow keys to view the TMTM.
The mouse cursor icon should change from an 'arrow' to a different icon like a 'hand pointing' to highlight an opportunity to drill down to an itemised document. Click and see.
From this 'itemised document' you can scroll, page up / down, use arrow keys and mouse to select what you want. On the left hand side is a "Table of Contents". Click and see what happens.
The help menu will take you to an internet facility. Extract the help facilities from within HTML software tools you have access to.
