RUNNING MINDMANAGER VIEWER TAP MIND THE MAP (TMTM) POWERPOINT SLIDES HTML PAGES
2.1 RUNNING MINDMANAGER VIEWER
1. Running MindManager Viewer
This software from Mindjet (ensure compatibility with MindManager Version 6) is used to view TAP MIND THE MAP (TMTM) Files.
If you do not already have MindManager software on your Computer System, you can either download a copy from the Mindjet website or from TAP MIND THE MAP's website link. Simply follow the instructions on the website for 'MindManager Viewer' download.
To run the software you must run the following file :
MindManager Application   ( From your local machine is preferable )
When your MindManager Viewer screen comes up select from menu " Help \ Learning Centre " and read contents :
Freeware ; System Requirements ; Uninstall the viewer ; How to contact us ; License and Warranty ; Copyrights and Trademarks.
Congratulations you have successfully loaded the software and read the essentials.

2.2 TAP MIND THE MAP (TMTM)
2. TAP MIND THE MAP (TMTM)
After completing 1. above you can now use the TMTM Files ( *.mmap ). You can access the files from the CD- ROM when your CD- ROM boots up on inserting into drive. Namely, when the "YOUR CD-ROM DRIVE":\autorun.exe is executed a menu comes up with an option " TMTM ". Which you click on.
----> A file is on the screen now what do I do ?
Read throught the 'INDEX AND OVERVIEW' . Get a clear picture in your mind, an overview of
a) What's it all about,
b) How does TAP MIND THE MAP Work,
c) The Life and Times of U.K. Busyness Esquire,
d) The Atlas of Business Success, and finally,
e) An index of the module you have purchased.
Simply, navigate. Chart your way round with the cursors and a mouse. Using the mouse single click on the central image. Highlighted ? Yes - excellent. That was the difficult part.
NEXT......
Press the 'top arrow key' on your keyboard once. Hey ! it moved. Excellent.
NOW WHAT ?
Click on the four different 'arrow keys' on your keyboard. Did the Highlighted text move with each
arrow key hit ? Yes. Excellent. You have just moved around this particular TAP MIND THE MAP. You have just navigated round TMTM. Sorted.
NEXT......
Gain confidence in going round the TAP MIND THE MAP (TMTM) and picking up the information.
NEXT......
You will have noticed a branch with the following text :
" THE LIFE AND TIMES OF U.K. BusyNESS ESQUIRE " Highlight the text with the arrow key then double click with the mouse. Now you have jumped to the detail this TMTM has for you.
NOW WHAT ?
As before, simply navigate. Chart your way round with the cursors and a mouse. Using the mouse single click on the central image. Highlighted ? Yes - excellent. That is the difficult part - remember ?
Click on the four different 'arrow keys' on your keyboard. Did the Highlighted text move with each
arrow key hit ? Yes. Excellent. You have just moved around this particular TAP MIND THE MAP. You have just navigated round another TMTM. Sorted.
NEXT......
Gain confidence in going round TMTM and picking up the information.
NEXT......
" FOR A DIFFERENT TMTM :  HIGHLIGHT CHOICE THEN DOUBLE CLICK "
So you should move down the branch and highlight your choice. Then double click.
For Example:
TAP MIND THE MAP (TMTM) : The Life & Times of U.K. BusyNESS Esquire
Branch 1 : Sorted where to now ?
Branch 2 : " FOR A DIFFERENT TMTM : HIGHLIGHT CHOICE THEN DOUBLE CLICK"
Branch 3 : The atlas of Business Success
Procedure : Go to branch 3 and ensure text is highlighted. Then double click with mouse. Watch the screen change to a different TMTM.
How ?
You have just used a hyperlink. A Hyperlink is a pointer to a document, program or Internet URL.  This particular hyperlink was used to open a related TMTM. Thus a simple link has been created from one TMTM to another.
NEXT....
Gain confidence. Navigate. Use arrow keys and your mouse. Move round the TMTM. Digest what you see. Move between TMTMs through the hyperlinks.
There are many features which enhance TAP MIND THE MAP Ltd's products. For example :
A) The "FIND" command can be extended from just the current TMTM to encompass all within the folder. Thus search for a word, or part word across all TMTMs.
B) Instead of just the branch coloured. A boundary around a branch can be highlighted in a colour. Thus creating a bubble affect round each branch of colour. Presentation.
C) Once you have gained confidence on the basics expand your horizons and utilise the many features Mindjet's software has to offer you. You are only limited by the scope you define and of course the  'terms and conditions'.
2.3 POWERPOINT SLIDES
3. Powerpoint Slides
To use the slides in this section it is assumed you have purchased a copy of Microsoft's Powerpoint.
Once you worked through 1. and 2. above we can add this experience to your experience of Powerpoint.
Knowledge of Microsoft's Powerpoint and TMTM's powerpoint slides will see you through.
It is assumed that Microsoft's Powerpoint2000 or a more recent version has been installed on your local machine. For the following to work :
You can access the files from the CD-ROM when your CD-ROM boots up on inserting into drive. Namely, when the "YOUR CD-ROM DRIVE":\autorun.exe is executed a menu comes up with an option " POWERPOINT variation ". Which you click on.
The " INDEX AND OVERVIEW " file will come up on Microsoft's POWERPOINT . Use the software's [F5] key to run a Slide show of the following :
A variation of the 'INDEX AND OVERVIEW' you have just seen in 2 above. So, get a clear picture in your mind, an overview of
a) What's it all about,
b) How does TAP MIND THE MAP Work,
c) The Life and Times of U.K. Busyness Esquire,
d) The Atlas of Business Success, and finally,
e) An index of the module you have purchased.
And don't forget to use the Hyperlinks to files like :

If you have experience of the internet - the Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) format will put you at ease.
Use the slidebars / scrollbars surrounding the TMTM for faster movement around the TMTM. You can also use the [page down] and [page up] keys.
On clicking a branch another document appears with an itemised approach. Thus can scroll up and down. With the options on  the left, in "Table of Contents". Where you want to go is only a click away.
It is assumed that your system can view HTML documents. Like Internet Explorer5.0 or a more recent version has been installed on your local machine. For the following to work :

The " INDEX AND OVERVIEW " file will come up like a web page. Ready for you to navigate. A variation of the 'INDEX AND OVERVIEW' you have just seen in 2 above. So, get a clear picture in your mind, an overview of
