This Licence and Limited Warranty shall be governed by the Law of England. To the extent that any clauses are void or illegal you agree to request any relevant court to give effect to them as far as legally possible.
Thus any Law, Statute or Regulation, Guideline or Code of Conduct ( whether or not having the force of Law ) in any jurisdiction to which TMTM or you are from time to time subject of.

TAP MIND THE MAP LIMITED may use any information supplied by the Customer/Client/User for its own administrative and Customer Service purpose or for any other purpose required by LAW.

1. This Agreement shall automatically terminate upon failure by you to comply with its terms. This Agreement may only be modified in writing signed by an authorised officer of TAP MIND THE MAP LIMITED.
2. The headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of this Agreement.
