THE
FOLLOWING IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT. PLEASE READ IT
CAREFULLY.
This is
a legal agreement between TAP MIND THE MAP Ltd ( the Licensor - the
Owner ), ** FORTHWITH KNOWN AS 'TMTM' ** and the
Customer/Client/User/End User ( either an individual, or a legal
entity such as a corporation i.e. the Licensee ), ** FORTHWITH
KNOWN AS 'YOU' **.
If you
do not agree with the terms of this agreement, you must cease using
this CD- ROM PRODUCT / SERVICE, (( ** FORTHWITH KNOWN AS
'CDRP-S' ** )) contents as per this Agreement, destroy all copies
of same and promptly return the package, all accompanying
materials, proof of purchase (receipt / invoice) with written
confirmation to TAP MIND THE MAP LIMITED and the purchase price
will be refunded to you.
Installation or use of this CDRP-S's contents
provided with this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the terms of
this Agreement.
This
Agreement is personal to you and you may not assign, sub-licence or
alienate your rights hereunder in any way whatsoever without the
prior written consent of the Owner.
The
CDRP-S and all data, software, documentation and other materials
contained in it together with any accompanying materials and all
Intellectual Property therein are the property of the OWNER or it's
SUPPLIERS including Software Houses, and, are protected by
Law.
