4. LICENCE
COPYRIGHT GRANT OF LICENCE RESTRICTIONS
4.1 COPYRIGHT
COPYRIGHT.
Encompassing Title, Ownership Rights and Intellectual Property rights. Licensors retain all copyrights, trade secret rights, patents, trademarks and any other proprietary rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
TMTM's CDRP-S contains data files representing images, photographs and text 'content' and executable 'software'  that reads, displays, and otherwise operates on the 'content'.
The 'CONTENT' is the copyright of TMTM.
The 'SOFTWARE' is the copyright of the respective Software Houses. For example Mind Manager Viewer is Mindjet. The specific Terms and Conditions vary per Software House. You must read and comply with these conditions as applicable. You will have access to all respective terms and conditions either on this CD-ROM or what your existing suppliers have supplied you with.
The CONTENT and the SOFTWARE are protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
4.2 GRANT OF LICENCE
GRANT OF LICENCE.
TMTM grants you a revocable, non-exclusive personal licence, with a non-transferable right, to use and display this CDRP-S on a single computer on a single screen within the context of this Agreement. 
This agreement allows you to use only one copy - this CDRP-S. However, one copy of this product on a single computer is allowed for the sole purpose of having a backup copy.
4.3 RESTRICTIONS
RESTRICTIONS.
Except as described below you may not copy, print, alter, modify, reproduce, amend or publish in part or whole any element or portion of this CDRP-S and it's CONTENT. Nor use them for any commercial purposes.
You must keep the copied elements intact and unaltered including particularly any copyright notices contained therein.
You may not distribute the copied elements of the CDRP-S in any way, shape or form. CONTENT may be obtained in suitable circumstances by application to TAP MIND THE MAP Ltd. Registered Office at 333 Brighton Road, South Lancing, West Sussex, BN15 8JR, England, GB, United Kingdom. Registered Company No. 4310946
This CDRP-S may not be installed on a network, or otherwise accessed or made accessible by more than one computer or computer screen.
You may not install the CDRP-S on an electronic network without prior application and permission granted in writing from the LICENSOR and on payment of an appropriate fee.
You may not make elements, in part or otherwise, of the CDRP-S available on an electronic network.
All other forms of access, including dial up access to the network or the CDRP-S, are expressly forbidden.
You may not reverse engineer, translate, make any attempt to discover the source code, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the CDRP-S or any of its elements, in part or otherwise. Or knowingly allow others to do so.
Reasonable quantities of CONTENT materials contained on the CDRP-S may be printed off on the condition that such print-offs are for bona fide purposes of private research and private study for you as a single individual person ( thus excluding all other forms deemed a legal entity ), and are provided for by the CDRP-S itself. Apart from this, you may not print any element or  material from the CDRP-S either in part or whole.
Except as expressly authorised (written) by TAP MIND THE MAP LIMITED (and subject to terms and conditions), you may not rent, lease, sub-lease, use for public performance or loan this CDRP-S either in part or whole.
UPDATED VERSIONS. The CDRP-S may be updated from time to time by TMTM in its sole discretion. You may obtain such updated versions of the CDRP-S from TMTM on the terms agreed upon by TMTM and you. Such updated versions of the CDRP-S are expected to operate more accurately and effectively.
